(A) The town will require contractors to carry liability insurance and Workmen’s Compensation coverage in amounts sufficient to cover the municipality.
(B) The town specifically requests that the contractor furnish a certificate of insurance prior to being employed for both types of coverage.
(C) The town requires the contractor to sign an indemnification agreement prior to the instigation of any repairs and/or work by the contractor.
(D) The town may also require a bond if deemed necessary by the town.
