It shall be the duty of the Town Maintenance Man:
(A) To make routine inspections of the streets, ditches, culverts, bridges, signage and any and all conditions within or affecting the right-of-way area of the streets of the Town of Shirley, including repair needed, sign replacement or repair, bad trees and the like;
(B) To make routine inspections of park facilities, including playground equipment, tables, benches, building exterior and any and all conditions
within or affecting individual public safety of the facilities; and
(C) Read water/sewer meters.
