§ 153.01 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   This chapter is enacted as an exercise of the town's police power to regulate the use or possession of property that might endanger the public health, safety or welfare, pursuant to I.C. 36-8-2-4 and the Indiana Home Rule Law, I.C. 36-1-3.
