Whenever the Town Council names or renames streets or numbers or renumbers lots and structures under this subchapter, the Clerk-Treasurer of the Town of Shirley, Indiana, shall notify the Circuit Court Clerk of its action no later than the last day of the month following the month in which the action was taken.
