§ 30.25 AUTHORITY TO FIX COMPENSATION OF OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES.

The Town Council, Clerk-Treasurer, Town Maintenance Man and Town Marshal, respectively, shall receive for their services such compensation as the Town Council, by ordinance, may direct. The Town Council shall cause to be paid to all other town officers and employees a just and reasonable compensation for their services. The word COMPENSATION may include all forms of compensation, including, but not limited to, wages, salaries, pension payments and insurance payments as authorized by law.
