§ 150.06 COUNTY APPROPRIATION.
   (A)   The Area Planning Department shall be operated out of monies appropriated by the county.
   (B)   The town may withdraw from the Area Planning Department by adopting an ordinance to that effect and certifying a copy of that ordinance to all of the cities, towns and the county that are members.
