§ 30.24 CLERK-TREASURER.
   (A)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall attend all meetings of the Town Council and record the proceedings thereof.
   (B)   If the Town Council consists of an even number of members for any reason, the Clerk-Treasurer shall ex officio be a member of the Town Council, to the extent only that, in case of a tie, he or she shall cast the deciding vote.
