§ 130.37 ARREST OF INHABITANTS; SEIZURE AND DESTRUCTION OF APPARATUS.
   (A)   It shall be competent and lawful at all times for the Marshal and other peace officers to visit all places where they have reason to believe that gaming apparatus is kept or gambling is permitted or carried on or other unlawful gambling practice is carried on or permitted.
   (B)   If evidence of an unlawful gambling practice is found, the officers shall arrest all persons inhabiting or frequenting the place, seize and destroy all apparatus for gaming or unlawful purpose there found and hold and charge the persons before the judge of the court having jurisdiction.
