§ 130.35 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   GAMBLER. Any person who shall be the keeper or proprietor or exhibitor of any gambling table or device or gambling implements or shall be an assistant or attendant at any gaming table or apparatus in any gambling house.
