It shall be unlawful for any person to throw or shoot stones, clubs, shots or any objects or missiles, either with hand, sling or other instrument for the purpose of throwing or shooting at any person or animal or at any building or other property or to throw or shoot objects or missiles in like manner upon any of the streets or alleys within the limits of the town.
