§ 130.04 INTERFERENCE WITH OFFICIALS.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to intentionally impede or interfere, or attempt to impede or interfere, with the Town Marshal, firefighter or any other town official in the performance of his or her duty or emergency functions as a firefighter, Town Marshal or town official.
