Any exhibitor who has obtained a license as required by § 110.02 and paid the fee levied therein may substitute another machine of similar character by surrendering the original license to the Clerk- Treasurer and paying a $5 license fee. He or she shall then have issued to him or her a license for the same period as the original license for the substituted machine. No fee is payable on the substituted machine.
