§ 30.06 VACANCIES IN TOWN COUNCIL OR ELECTIVE OFFICES.
   Any vacancy occurring in the Town Council, or in any other elective office of the town, shall be filled
by appointment by the Town Council pursuant to I.C. 3-13-9-1 et seq.
