(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is set forth shall be subject to the penalty provisions set forth in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Whoever violates the provisions of §§ 94.20 through 94.25 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined a sum of not less than $175 for the first offense, a sum of not less than $275 for the second offense, and a sum of not less than $500 nor more than $1,000. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
