§ 92.02 ENFORCEMENT OFFICE ESTABLISHED.
   The Town Marshal is authorized and directed to establish and maintain an office of environmental enforcement whose powers and duties shall include
but not be limited to determining and causing to be abated any public nuisance which constitutes an unwholesome environmental condition as herein defined.
