(A) The town adopts and incorporates by reference the Hancock County Eating and Drinking Establishment Ordinance and the Hancock County Retail Food Market Ordinance and the provisions of such ordinances shall hereafter apply to the Town of Shirley, Indiana.

(B) At least two certified copies of the Hancock County Eating and Drinking Establishment Ordinance and two copies of the Hancock County Food Market Ordinance and two copies of the Indiana State Board of Health Regulations HFD 17 and 19 shall be on file in the Clerk-Treasurer’s office.
