(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to park or operate any vehicle in any location designated and marked by the appropriate sign as a handicap parking space within the incorporated area of the town, unless the vehicle bears the appropriate documentation designating it as a vehicle operated by one with a handicap. Any person violating this requirement of the code shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine as determined by § 70.99.
(B) Handicapped spaces shall be permitted at the following locations:
(1) Two handicapped spaces on the east side of Main Street beginning 120 feet south from the intersection of South Railroad Street and Main Street extending two spaces properly marked for handicapped parking at any and all times.
