§ 73.09 LAMP REQUIRED AT NIGHT.
   Every bicycle operated on a public street or sidewalk from hour after sunset until hour before sunrise shall be equipped with a lamp on the front exhibiting a white light visible from a distance for at least 300 feet to the front.
