(A) No person shall burn leaves or any other combustible material on the surface of the streets or alleys.
(B) No person shall deposit any materials, combustible, biodegradable or of any other nature, including, but not limited to building materials, grass, tree limbs, leaves, appliances or trash of any nature on or upon the paved asphalt portions of any street or alleyway within the town.
