§ 70.40 MONEY COLLECTED.
   All park fines and penalties collected by the Hancock County Court or Henry County Court as the case may be for violations of town ordinances and costs or charges by Indiana law that are payable to the town shall be remitted to the Clerk-Treasurer of the town.
