Any pumping station that is proposed to be utilized as part of a public sewer shall not be built or installed unless the pumping station is approved by the Wastewater Superintendent. In granting approval for all pumping stations, the Wastewater Superintendent shall be guided and directed by the technical specifications for concrete submersible pumping stations and wet well mount pumps stations that are adopted as a part of this chapter and detained by the Town Council. The specifications attached to this chapter may be amended from time to time in the discretion of the Town Council by a motion made and approved by a majority of the appointed Board.
