The Center Ward shall be as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the west extension of the north line of North Railroad Street and County Road 1125 East and the west corporation line; thence northeastwardly along said extension of North Railroad Street and then along the north line of North Railroad Street to Second Street; thence south along Second Street to the corporation line which is also the north line of Shirley Municipal Waterworks Park; thence eastwardly along said corporation line a distance of 649.5 feet to the east corporation line which is also the east line of the Municipal Park; thence south along said east corporation line to a point that intersects with the north line of South Street, extended; thence west along the north line of the said South Street extended (to the east) and the north line of South Street and the said South Street extended (to the west) to its intersection with County Road 1125 East and the west corporation line to the point of beginning; also all of the area between the North Ward and the South Ward.
