(A) All one inch or less service lines and meters shall be installed by the utility. All service lines and meters over one inch in size may be installed by the utility if requested by the utility customer. The Town Council shall establish a schedule of connection fees for said installations, subject to the prior approval of the Town Council from time to time and said schedule shall be available to the general public at the office of the Town Council.
(B) Consumers shall agree to permit and shall permit the Utility to remove meters from time to time as the Utility deems necessary, at no charge to consumer.
(C) Old meter installations may be changed or relocated by agreement between the Utility and the consumer on the cost, which said consumer shall pay promptly.
(D) Repair costs for damage resulting from hot water or heat (to meters) will be paid by the consumer.
(E) The Utility may require the consumer to place check valves or other protective devices in the line to prevent damage to meter or contamination to the public water system.
(F) Right of inspection. The authorized representatives of the Utility have the right to enter upon the premises at any reasonable time for the purpose of inspecting or other duties in connection with the operation of the Utility.
