§ 51.05 SERVICE LOCATION.
   (A)   Service shall be run from the main to a point just inside the property line where a meter pit will be installed by the Utility.
   (B)   In the meter pit, the Utility shall install an approved water meter setting. All piping from this setting shall be installed by a consumer. The maintenance of the line from curb cock is the responsibility of the consumer.
