§ 50.21 THROWING REFUSE OR RUBBISH ON STREETS, ALLEYS OR SIDEWALKS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit or permit to remain any refuse or rubbish, manure or other unwholesome thing or material in or upon any of the streets, alleys or other public property within the town.
