§ 37.02 STORM WATER BOARD ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   It is necessary for the protection of the public health and welfare of the town’s inhabitants to form a Storm Water Board.
   (B)   Pursuant to I.C. 8-1.5-3-3, it is hereby determined that the Town Council members shall serve and provide as the Board for control of its municipality-owned storm water utility.
