§ 37.01 PARKS COMMITTEE MONTHLY REPORTS.
   (A)   The Town of Shirley Parks Committee and its athletic programs are voluntary groups.
   (B)   The Parks Committee and its athletic program and any other committee deemed necessary by the Town Council are responsible to report any and all activities, receipts, and disbursements monthly.
