(A) (1) Any person found to be in violation of any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall be subject to the penalties contained in § 34.02 of this code.
(2) Passage. This chapter shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval as provided by law.
(B) Any terminal operator violating the provisions of § 112.21 shall be subject to a fine of $250 for the first offense, and $500 for the second offense and $750 for a third offense and subject to a revocation of any license to operate a video gaming terminal for the third offense. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.
