§ 111.14 SOLICITING IN A PUBLIC PLACE PROHIBITED.
   It is hereby declared to be unlawful and constitute a nuisance for any person to pedal or solicit for money, goods, services, business, or transportation or any unauthorized purpose upon any roadway, right of way, walkway, public park, or any other public property.
