§ 115.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined in accordance with Chapter 34 of this Code. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   In addition, violators face suspension or revocation of their business licenses.
