(B) The obtaining of a business license pursuant to this chapter in no way precludes the responsibility for obtaining other licenses as required by the Municipal Code of the Village of Shiloh.
(C) Whenever a license is required for the maintenance, operation or conduct of any business or establishment, or for doing business or engaging in any activity or occupation, any person, firm or corporation shall be subject to the requirement.
(D) In addition, where two or more separate businesses, by the above definition, separately owned or operated, share floor space in the same building or on the same parcel of ground and the floor space is subdivided, then each shall be deemed a separate business and shall be required to obtain a separate business license.
