(A) Recreational vehicles and travel trailers placed or located within the jurisdictional boundaries of the village shall not:
(1) Be parked more than one per lot;
(2) Be used as a dwelling;
(3) Be used as an office or for other commercial purposes; and
(4) Be parked on any front yard, except on a driveway.
(B) With the exception of the recreational vehicle or travel trailer being used as a dwelling, the requirements above shall not generally apply to permitted bona fide sale lots.
