§ 30.16 PROPERTY OWNER STREET LIGHT REQUESTS.
   It shall be the policy of the Village of Shiloh that any property owner requesting an additional street light shall make a written request to the village. Village Staff will contact the power company who will survey the area and make a recommendation. If the power company representative recommends additional light(s) the Village Staff will seek Village Board approval through its regular meeting schedules. Once approved by the Village Board, the property owner must pay the upfront installation and pole/light fixture cost. Thereafter, the village will pay the monthly energy cost.
