(A) The subdivider/developer shall notify the village staff at least 48 hours before the start of construction of approved improvements.
(B) (1) The village staff and developer's design professional shall inspect the improvements while they are under construction.
(2) If staff determines that they are being built in violation of the Development Code, staff shall promptly notify the appropriate village staff who, in turn, shall issue a corrective action order.
(3) Any violation noted by the developer's design professional shall be submitted in writing to the village and corrected at the developer's expense.
(C) The village staff shall also inspect improvements upon their completion. The village shall not accept any completed improvements until the developer's design professional and village staff have certified that the improvements comply with the Development Code, the approved plans and the developer certifies all contractors and suppliers have been paid.
