§ 151.396 INFORMATION REQUIRED.
   (A)   Improvements plans shall consist of black or blue line prints not larger than 36 inches square; and one set of 11" by 17" size shall be submitted.
   (B)   These plans and the related specifications shall provide all of the following information:
      (1)   In flood prone areas, a topographical map (at the same scale as required in the preliminary plat) indicating that all lots and improvements will be above the regulatory flood elevation;
      (2)   Existing and proposed elevations along the centerlines of all streets;
      (3)   Radii of all curves and lengths of tangents on all streets;
      (4)   Locations and typical cross-section of street pavements including curbs/gutters and catch basins;
      (5)   Plans, profiles and cross-sections of streets showing names, right-of-way and pavement widths, elevations, paving details, grades, curbs and gutter, storm sewers, inlets, catch basins, sidewalks, bikeways/trails and any other improvements to be constructed within or in conjunction with the development;
      (6)   Plan of drainage system including watershed outlines with drainage computations, detention and retention basins showing drainage areas, existing wetlands and/or riparian corridor, locations of storm sewers, culverts, drainage channels, swales, slopes, pipe sizes, invert elevations, underground drains outlet locations, velocity reduction techniques, and indication of area subject to flooding during the 100-year storm event;
      (7)   Locations, and sizes of all water, gas, electric and other utilities;
      (8)   Locations of street signs;
      (9)   Locations of all wooded areas, wetlands, habitat linkage;
      (10)   All proposed land disturbance including areas of excavation, grading, filling, removal or destruction of topsoil and spreading of earth material, together with a time schedule of the operation;
      (11)   All proposed temporary and permanent erosion and sedimentation control measures;
      (12)   Design computations for structural measures to control erosion and sedimentation and a statement of applicable engineering assumptions and calculations;
      (13)   Provisions for maintenance of erosion and sedimentation control facilities; high water elevations of all lakes\streams adjoining or within the tract;
      (14)   Such other information as the village staff may reasonably require to perform his or her studies under this section;
      (15)   Plan of sewage disposal system pipe locations, sizes, force mains, invert elevations, manhole locations, lift stations and the like;
      (16)   One or more benchmarks in or near the subdivision to which the subdivision is referenced;
      (17)   Copy of design engineer's errors and omissions insurance coverage;
      (18)   Copy of N.P.D.E.S. permit application;
      (19)   Copy of the cultural resource sign off;
      (20)   Copy of I.D.N.R. review if water impoundments are proposed or modified;
      (21)   Copy of Corp of Engineers sign off (if applicable); and
      (22)   Copy of transmittal letter to St. Clair County Soil and Water District.
