§ 151.325 BUILDING CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION PROCESS.
   The following inspection process will be performed on all new construction and remodeling within the village (to ensure requested inspection time a 48-hour notice is recommended. Otherwise, inspections will be done on an "as inspections are available" schedule):
   (A)   Footing and foundation inspection (before concrete is poured):
      (1)   Concrete curb/gutter; and
      (2)   Work on public right-of-way.
   (B)   Concrete wall inspection (before concrete is poured);
   (C)   Structural inspection (after framing, electrical, plumbing and HVAC rough-in is completed, but before drywall or plaster);
   (D)   Electrical inspection (temporary electrical service, if needed);
   (E)   Electrical inspection (after rough-in is complete before power is on);
   (F)   Plumbing inspection (rough-in. Also, if basement before floor is poured for that portion);
   (G)   Electrical inspection (final trim, after power is on);
   (H)   Plumbing inspection (final trim, after water and sewer connected);
   (I)   Aeration inspection (if necessary) by St. Clair County Health Department; and
   (J)   Final occupancy inspection.
    * If checked, a Fire Inspection is required and is to be scheduled with the appropriate Fire District by the applicant.
