§ 32.46 SALARIES.
   (A)   Police officers of this municipality, not covered by the FOP Labor Agreement, shall be compensated in accordance herewith, which is hereby incorporated by reference. These salaries shall comply with the state minimum wage provisions for police officers.
   (B)   Merit and seniority increases in the salary of the police, not covered by the FOP Labor Agreement, shall be determined by the Village Board of Trustees.
