All manufactured housing units shall:
(A) Be occupied only as residential use;
(B) Be subject to all provisions of the Development Code applicable to residential structures;
(C) Be attached to a permanent foundation system in compliance with all applicable building regulations; the foundation system shall provide a solid concrete or masonry foundation at the perimeter of the building(s);
(D) Contain a minimum of 900 square feet of occupied space on one floor and exceed a minimum of 20 feet in width;
(E) Be covered with a nonreflective exterior material customarily used on "stick-built" dwellings, such as board siding, plywood siding, brick and stucco; exterior brick or stucco material shall extend to the ground; other exterior covering material need not extend below the top of the foundation, but shall not be closer than eight inches to the ground;
(F) Have a pitched roof which is covered with a nonflammable, nonmetallic roof material used on "stick-built" dwellings; and
(G) Make any accessory building architecturally compatible with the main structure.
