(A) The lot on which any kennel is situated shall have a minimum area of three acres.
(B) Every kennel shall be located at least 200 feet from the nearest dwelling and at least 100 feetfrom front and rear lot lines and 40 feet from side lot lines when there are no outside animal runs on the side.
(C) Fenced in animal runs to be no closer than 100 feet from front and rear lot lines and 40 feet from side lot lines when there are no outside animal runs on the side.
