Junk/salvage/material yards established or operated within the jurisdictional boundaries of the village shall comply with the following:
(A) Be located farther than 500 feet to the boundary of any residential district; and
(B) All material shall be stored within a completely enclosed structure or within an area screened by an eight-foot solid fence or wall. No material to be visible above the fence/wall height from the first floor windows of any residential property or from a person standing on an adjoining lot or street.
