No loading space designed for vehicles exceeding a two-ton cargo capacity shall be developed closer than 50 feet from the lot line of any lot located in a residential or non-urban district, unless the loading space is completely enclosed by a wall, a solid fence or closely-planted shrubbery, at least ten feet in height and of sufficient density to block the view from adjoining property.
