(A) Every off-street parking area, including accessways and aisles, shall be graded and improved with a compacted gravel base at least four inches thick, surfaced with at least two inches of asphalt or similar impermeable, all weather, dustless surface, accessways and aisles which are to be used by delivery vehicles shall be a minimum of a compacted gravel base of six inches and four inches of bituminous surface.
(B) Entrance on right-of-way shall at least conform to the village's minimum requirements for structural composition of subdivision pavements street classification "Collector".
