§ 31.13 MEETINGS OPEN TO PUBLIC.

   (A)   All meetings shall be open to the public, as is required by the Open Meetings Act, being ILCS Ch. 5, Act 120, §§ 1 et seq., and the Illinois Compiled Statutes.

   (B)   (1)   Citizens are encouraged to attend and participate at the committees at large meetings.

      (2)   The public may participate by invitation only at the regular meetings of the Board of Trustees.
