§ 31.11 MEMBERSHIP IN COMMITTEES.
   (A)   Every committee of the Board of Trustees is to consist of four members, including the Chairperson. Each member is to serve on two Committees wherever possible.
   (B)   Every member shall be an ex-officio member with a vote in every standing Board of Trustees committee that he or she is not serving on by appointment.
   (C)   The President (Mayor) shall be an ex-officio member with a vote in all Board of Trustees committees.
