§ 31.09 BOARD OF TRUSTEES COMMITTEES.

   (A)   The following Shiloh Village Board of Trustees Committees shall be appointed by the President (Mayor) prior to the Board Meeting of June of each year:

      (1)   Planning and development; and

      (2)   Administration.

      (3)   Finance;

      (4)   Parks/building and grounds;

      (5)   Police; and

      (6)   Streets/sewers.

   (B)   The President (Mayor) shall be ex-officio member with a vote in all Board of Trustees committees.

   (C)   The Board of Trustees committees shall have four members to prevent any two Trustee's meeting on the street constituting a quorum.
