§ 150.09 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
   (A)   Village staff shall revoke a permit in any case of false statement or misrepresentation of facts in the application on which a permit was based, or in the event a structure or part thereof is condemned pursuant to this Code.
   (B)   Additionally, village staff shall revoke a permit if the village-issued utility bills are not paid in full for a 60-day period.
