§ 137.02 BB GUN OR PELLET GUN; UNLAWFUL POSSESSION.
   No person under the age of 17 years old shall have in his or her possession any gun or pistol capable of launching BBs or pellets while on any property other than their own and without being under the direct supervision of a person who is his or her parent/legal guardian.
