(A) It is prohibited to discharge any firearms, B-B gun, pellet gun, compound bow, cross-bow or similar instruments or devices within 200 yards of any building.
(B) (1) No person except authorized law enforcement personnel, shall, within the village, fire or discharge any firearm or airgun without written permission from the Mayor first obtained, which permission shall prescribe the limits within which the firing may be done, and may be revoked at any time after it has been granted.
(2) A registered gun club shall be excluded from the provisions of this section, but limited to the club grounds, or an organized, approved shoot, i.e.; turkey, ham or other fund raising event.
