§ 136.35 CANNABIS; POSSESSION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to have in their possession not more than ten grams of a substance containing cannabis, other than authorized in the Cannabis Control Act, being ILCS Ch. 720, Act 550, §§ 1 et seq.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to have in their possession more than ten grams, but not more than 30 grams, of a substance containing cannabis, other than authorized in the Cannabis Control Act.
