§ 136.05 UNLAWFULLY PERMITTING MINOR TO BECOME INTOXICATED.
   No person shall permit a gathering of two or more persons whereby a minor, who is under the age of 21 years, was consuming or possessing alcoholic liquor and the minor was allowed to leave the gathering in an intoxicated state.
